Agreement Acknowledgment

 

By completing and submitting this form, the sponsor confirms that all information provided is accurate and acknowledges their intent to participate in the Independence Day AR Maze promotional campaign. Submission of this form, along with payment constitutes a binding agreement between the sponsor and Gateway Web Augmented Reality.

 

By agreeing, the sponsor authorizes Gateway Web Augmented Reality to display the provided business name, address, and promotional offer within the event materials, including (but not limited to) printed posters, digital assets, and augmented reality experiences. The sponsor agrees to honor the submitted offer to any participating customer who presents a photo of the corresponding poster, as part of the Independence Day AR Maze experience.

 

The sponsor retains the right to reasonably limit the redemption of the offer to one per customer, or to implement similar fair-use limitations at their discretion, to prevent abuse of the promotion. Sponsors are responsible for communicating any such limitations clearly to customers at the time of redemption.

 

Failure to fulfill the agreed-upon offer in good faith may result in removal from the campaign and/or disqualification from future promotional opportunities.
